I am new at coding and math, I want to learn, build my career on math and coding because of that I want to be good at solving these type of questions. What can I do for being better? Do you have any suggest or something else?

As with everything else, you will get better the more you do them, practice makes perfect. Nurture your curiosity and try topics you are interested in. If you like games, make games; if you wonder how the internet works, make a website; if you want to learn more about machine learning, train a small neural network.

Pick something you enjoy so that you actually want to do it often.
