Problem Posting / Scores Not Updating (Bug Report)

I can't seem to post to the problem 192 forum. Clicking on submit just seems to bring me back to the forums, without my contribution. Is it me, or is something wrong with the site?

UPDATE (Mon 05 May 08)
Since Project Euler has moved to our new hosts, pcsmarthosting.com, they have been monitoring performance and working very hard to ensure that the website runs smoothly. To ensure that we continue receiving the excellent performance that we have been enjoying it was necessary for Project Euler to be moved to a dedicated server. The transfer started at 9pm [BST] and resulted in a couple of hours of downtime; sorry if this affected you. )c: But the transfer is now complete and everything seems to be running smoothly. (c:

There was a problem and I suspect we may encounter one or two more, so please keep on the lookout for any strange behaviour. During the transfer the "owner" rights changed which meant that the PHP scripts I wrote to cache the pages were being denied write access. I've deleted the relevant cached files which forces the server to re-create them when someone tries to access them; thereafter there should be no problems with updating the cached files. However, I cannot just delete all the cached files due to the way that older threads are archived, so I may have missed one or two cached files that need purging.

Please let me know if you notice any more anomalies.

Have you tried posting to other forums?

I can post a message with the one word "test", but not my actual comment. It isn't due to bad tags since removing all tags did not help. The content is appropriate (no bad words, etc.). Logging out and restarting my browser did not fix the problem. What gives?

And yes, I also can not post the message to forum 177.

Weird. You could send me your comment, so I could see if I find something and if not, try to post it on your behalf, to see if it's the comment or your browser (or what?).

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? I've no idea if that's worthwhile, but heck, anything's worth a go.

I couldn't post his entire comment either. I managed to post his reasoning, but not the code.
However, I noticed that editing posts doesn't work most of the time, I tried unsuccessfully to edit posts in threads 111, 177, 185 and 192.

Editing worked without problems in threads 177, 185 and 192. I didn't try any other, though.
