Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Hello.
It's not a bug, but I use PE with lights turned off. The new Last 10 problems solved section on Progress page is a little invisible. Anyway it is a great idea and I love it.
Greetings,
TheEvil

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Regarding the "Last 10 Problems Solved" on the progress page: That's a very nice feature, but I found a small bug. When I go to a friends progress page and hover over the dates in the top 10 list with the mouse, the mouse-over text says "Not solved by you" even though I solved the problem.
Edit: I think I know why this happens; it's because I solved the problem before Project Euler started registering the time when solutions are submitted. For problems solved after this time, the mouse-over text is correct.
Keep up the good work!

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Thanks for the bug reports (and the helpful observation, asgerix). I think that both problems ("lights out" and "not solved by you") should be fixed now. Could you check them out?

I am the first one to solve problem 405 according to http://projecteuler.net/fastest=405, but "Gold Medal" award is not active for me.

hello! winger
You became the first one in the fastest table because sk7 deleted his account.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
When sorting on ALL or SOLVED problems by SOLVED BY ASCENDING, the forum link tooltips are all as though the page were showing ALL problems, sorted by PROBLEM ID DESCENDING.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
If I go to projecteuler.net/fastest=457 when I am not logged in, I get the main (about) page, but the title still says Fastest_solvers - Project Euler. One of those things must be wrong.
Out of curiosity, why are non-logged-in users not allowed to look at the fastest-solvers pages?
Additionally, I think there probably shouldn't be an underscore in the title of fastest solvers pages in general - I suspect that's a holdover from the index.php?section= days.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Thanks again. I think I've sorted out those little gremlins.
The reason we don't allow pages containing statistics to be accessed publicly is to stop robots from trawling those pages. That is, to reduce unnecessary bandwidth usage (can you imagine how many pages of data exist?) and to respect the fact that the data found on those pages belongs to the members of the community. Of course, I could use a robot.txt file but that requires the robot to be well-behaved.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
I admit, the reason I had tried to access the page not logged in was because I tried to write a script to download the fastest_solvers data for all the problems I hadn't solved to try to find out which ones were the easiest. Is there a data dump somewhere containing the amount of time the 20th solver took or some metric like that? Or can you add a minimal=fastest_data for something like that? (I know this is a feature request, but it's a reply to a post here.) Thanks!

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
On http://projecteuler.net/problems_analysis the cache update time displays as 3600 minutes when it means 60 minutes.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
The titles of Problem 184 and Problem 180 have periods in them for some reason.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Good spots, jake223. In fact there were 24 problems with full-stops at the end of the titles. I've fixed all of them now.
I also sorted the rather strange behaviour with the incorrect number of minutes until next cache for the problems analysis page showing when it had just been created.
Thanks.

Incorrect Pakistani Flag
I hope I am posting this in the right section. The flag of Pakistan is incorrect.
There is a white strip to the left which is missed out.
Kindly take time to correct this error.
