Hi,
I'm currently trying to learn ECLiPSe, which is a constraint problem logic (CPL) language . It is not on the list of programming languages. Can i submit solutions in this language?

You can solve the problem in whatever language you like - all you have to do is enter the answer. The list of programming languages is just for the statistics page, really.
