Add Perl 6 as a language on the profile page

Hello!

Can someone add Perl 6 as one of the languages one can in the profile?

Perl is there, isn't it?
Or should we go adding all versions of Python, Java, Delphi, dialects of Pascal or whatever?

I know, but Perl and Perl 6 are quite different.

All versions of BASIC are grouped together under BASIC.
And you can't deny that archaic versions of BASIC like GWBasic are quite different from Visual Basic 1 through.. and on another note VB.NET.
The same holds here, I'm sorry.
Otherwise the list becomes endless.

On a broader scale: quite often next versions of a programming language are "quite different". However, we classify them under one name.

The general point being that newer revisions (indicated by the incremental version number) build on the recognised structure and syntax of the base language. If they ever get to the point where a complete overhaul is performed so that the fundamental differences between it and its mother language are greater than the similarities then they would rename the language; cf. Pascal to Delphi or C/C++ to Java and C#. So if when Perl 6 becomes production ready (it is still in development and has been since 2000!) it is so different to previous incarnations that they give it a new name then we will be sure to add it.
