A while back, I saw a link to a Russian translation site of Project Euler, which made me want to make a translation site for Chinese as well. I was wondering if you guys agree to put my site on the problems page along with the Russian website.

I just finished translating the About page, and I am planning on starting the problem translation on June 6, and it will all be synchronized by mid-July.
And this is just the straight translation, and I am planning on tweaking the layout a little bit as well, or make some new logos. That should not take too long.
Translating the PE problems to any language is an excellent idea.
The PE-team welcomes such efforts, though currently we cannot provide hosting of such translations on the same server as the main site. In addition, we take a very dim view about any kind of commercial exploitation or advertisements on the problems pages, but you are probably aware of that already.
Please PM any one of the PE-admins with a few details such as how you plan to handle the submission of answers (we favour the method used by the Russian website), as well as the names and e-mail addresses of any contact person(s) at your end.
If it all goes well, your website will be added along with the Russian website when the great majority of the current problems have been translated; so please let us know when that happens. A proper announcement / News item is also very likely when the time comes; with it we would also wish to give credit to you and to all those who have worked with you in order to make it happen.
