Time zone in new problem emails

Emails announcing a new problem always give the time in GMT. Project Euler has my correct time zone. Why don't they submit it with that?

It could be assumed with almost infinite certainty that, if you can solve PE problems, you can adjust the posted GMT time to your own time zone.

Some 11,000 users are requesting to be informed when a new problem will be posted. Each one of those would need to be sent as an individual message after verifying the time zone of each member if your request was considered.

Only 26 timezones are allowed in the profile. I don't know how the messages are currently being sent, but it should be possible to sort by the timezone and avoid computing for each user.

Each feed item is dynamic and behaves at little like the advice given at the top of the Problems page when a new problem has been announced; the feed will tell you how long (days, hours, minutes) until the problem is accessible and once the problem is live it will show the problem content instead.
