7[times]50 can be tiled, 7[times]98, 19[times]200, too. The other three not.

Depends on the units in which the Tatami are measured.I have the feeling that Tatami room is big enough to tile Tokyo

Someone please confirm the following results:
smallest s such that
T(s) = 20 is 30240
T(s) = 40 is 327600
T(s) = 160 is xxxx
T(s) = 180 is xxxx
