A cubic Bézier curve is defined by four points: $P_0, P_1, P_2,$ and $P_4$.

It should be $P_3$, instead of $P_4$.

Also the external webpage might not work in most environment, because modern browsers doesn't support Java applets and <applet> tag any longer.
